+ COVID POLICY

Both the organising committee and venue are conscious as we emerge from the COVID-19 challenges of the last few years people will be concerned about losing their accommodation payment if travel access across the borders changes for the worse from further COVID-19 pandemic mitigation measures. To allow you to book now in confidence, the organisers and venue commit to refund your payment should the meeting be cancelled or it goes ahead but you are unable to travel from your state. To those who are interested, alternative roll-over credits to new dates will also be offered.

The COVID-19 measures that might cause cancellation are:

  • Border closures
  • Government travel restriction
  • COVID-19 alert level changes (nationally, State or Regionally) leading to lock down measures or forced quarantine periods
  • Personal health concerns which prevent guest travelling to a COVID-19 infection area

If requested, guests must be able to provide documentation to verify lockdown or positive test results, or evidence to show they are considered a close contact which will be passed on to the venue reservation team including touring party.

+ WHAT IS THE 'ONLINE' REGISTRATION DASHBOARD?

The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on Proteins 2025.

If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

If you wish to make changes to your registration type after you have registered, please email the details to the secretariat - do not re-register.

+ REGISTRATION FOR GROUP MANAGERS

+ REGISTRATION PAYMENT

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:

  • Credit card - Visa or Mastercard (1.25% surcharge applies) or AMEX is accepted but a 2.95% surcharge applies for all AMEX payments.
  • Direct debit (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.

The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’.

+CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION WILL INCUR A FEE!

Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact ASN Events via email no later than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.

+ DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION

In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events. **Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee. **
